The homes are built to take light and to open onto the landscape, which is the whole reason the balconies are as deep as they are.
Aldar publishes a price range and a size range for each type without tying one to the other, so we do not pair them into a single rate. The figure in the table above is the entry price against the smallest size in that type — the most conservative reading, not a pairing Aldar has confirmed.

About This Project
The Wilds is Aldar's nature-led community in the south of Dubai, next door to Al Barari. The Residences are the apartments inside it — one, two and three bedrooms in a place grown around streams, groves and trails.
Most Dubai communities lay out the buildings and then plant around them. Here the streams, groves and trails came first, and the buildings sit inside them. Balconies run deep and spill over with planting, so the greenery climbs the elevation instead of stopping at the ground floor. From the air the terraces read as one continuous garden stepping down to the water.
Central Park
A park sits at the heart of the community and every trail leads to it. Meditation decks, fitness zones and open lawn. You walk out of your door and you are in it.
The Nest
The Signature Pavilion is where the community gathers — a timber form rising out of the trees rather than sitting on top of them. Birdwatch and stargaze from the roof, or meet friends at the café.
Close enough to touch
The Observatory is built for stargazing and The Lookout for birdwatching. There are beekeeping hives, a community garden, an organic food market and restorative gardens, with nature trails meeting a cycle track.
Inside the Residences, a set of amenities belongs to residents and nobody else: a spa, a gym, a swimming pool and splash pad, a family lounge, a kids lounge and a teens lounge, a brewing lounge where you make your own coffee or tea, a creative studio, a cinema, The Nook for working from home, and discovery and adventure play areas. The wider community adds padel, tennis, basketball and a MUGA court, a yoga deck and studio, a health club, adventure parks and nature-inspired pools and streams.

No listing-site gloss. This is how we read The Wilds Residences for our own clients — including who should walk away.
Our view is that this community is the product, not the apartment. What you are buying is the ground it sits in, and the plan that lets you keep half the money until you have it.
The current release runs on a 50/50 plan with 5% down. Any 65/35 schedule you see for The Wilds is the previous release. On the entry one-bedroom the difference you hold on to is AED 246,945. That is the single number on this page worth memorising.
The streams, groves and trails were laid before the buildings, and the buildings were placed inside them. That is why the balconies are deep enough to plant and why the terraces read as one garden from above. A community that plants after it builds cannot produce this, whatever the render shows.
Buy here if you want the nature. Streams, groves, trails, a park at the centre, beekeeping and an organic market. A buyer who wants a tower and a boulevard should buy a tower and a boulevard.
Buy here if you want Al Barari as your neighbour. This is the quiet green pocket of south Dubai and it is already established, with the airport and Dubai Mall both 25 minutes away.
Buy here if the household will use the amenities. The spa, gym, pool, three lounges, creative studio, cinema and co-working room sit inside the Residences and belong to residents alone, which is not the same as sharing them with a whole masterplan.
Buy here if you want a government developer behind it. Aldar built Yas Island, Saadiyat and Al Reem, and runs concept, design, sales, delivery and management itself.
The pull here is the park at your door and the trail outside it. A buyer who wants a boulevard at the end of the street, or a tower address with a view over the city, wants a different kind of home and should buy one. This is also a community you hold for years rather than trade — and off-plan lending caps at 50% of the price everywhere in the UAE, so the schedule does the work here rather than a bank.

The Wilds sits in the south of Dubai, next to the Majan development and the Al Barari community. Al Barari is the established green address in this part of the city, and this is the ground beside it.
The airport and Dubai Mall are both 25 minutes. Global Village and Dubai Outlet Mall are 15, Cityland Mall and IMG Worlds of Adventure 12, and the Al Qudra Cycle Track 30.
What the location buys is quiet. This is not a boulevard address and it does not price like one. The trails, the park and the streams are the reason to be here, and they start at your door rather than a drive away.
