About This Project
Aldar is a government developer. It built Yas Island, Saadiyat and Al Reem, and it now builds in Dubai. The Wilds is its nature-led community in the south of the city, beside Al Barari, and the Ultra Lux Villas are the last tier selling in it.
That parkland figure shapes everything else here. Aldar built the landscape first and set the houses into it, so the green is not a strip between two rows of homes. It is the ground the community stands on. Eco-corridors run between the houses and the parks, and the wildlife moves through the community rather than around it. Sunbirds, kingfishers and bee-eaters live here, and a bee conservation sanctuary sits inside the gates.
The Nest
Lily Hamouche designed the pavilion at the centre of the community. It is the building people photograph and the place they meet. Climb it for The Lookout and watch birds. Stay for The Observatory and watch stars.

An education institute sits inside the community, alongside the adventure playground and the children's trails. Aldar measures the effect of the planting too: comfort levels run better across the community than they do outside it, with shade, water and orientation doing the work.

This is how we read The Wilds Ultra Lux Villas for our own clients — including who should walk away.
Our view is that you are buying the ground here, not the elevation. Aldar laid four hundred thousand square metres of parks and put the houses inside them, and that is a thing a developer cannot add later.
Most communities lay out the plots and plant around them. Here the parks, the streams and the eco-corridors were set before the houses, and the houses were placed into them. It is why the wildlife moves through the community instead of around it, and why the planting comes to the edge of the house rather than stopping at a boundary wall.
Four payments, then the keys, and half the price falls at handover. On a house at this level that is a large sum you keep working elsewhere until you have the home. The schedule is the same across all six.
