About This Project
The Beach House Fahid sits in the middle of Fahid Island, Aldar's island between Saadiyat and Yas. Eleven towers and 862 homes, and the two and three bedroom homes are the ones available now. The island's beach runs down one side and its mangroves down the other, and Coral Drive, the waterfront promenade and the Berm Park are all at the door.
Every tower stands on a podium, and the podium is the amenity level. The homes on it come with private gardens, and they are the largest of their type in the building. The two bedroom exists in a garden version, and that is the decision to make here before you look at anything else.
The balconies alternate as the building rises
Even floors carry one balcony arrangement and odd floors carry another. Step back and the elevation reads as a rhythm rather than a stack, which is the point of drawing it that way.
Your view has a name
Aldar sorts the homes by what they look at: gardens, mangroves, Coral Drive with partial sea views, and gardens with partial mangrove views. Pick the view first and the building follows.
What the residents get
On the podium, two resort-style swimming pools, two gymnasiums, multipurpose rooms, children's play areas, co-working lounges, community zones and a bicycle parking station. It is the social level of the community, shared across the towers rather than split between them.
Inside, two finish schemes, light and dark. Porcelain tile through the floors and bathrooms, laminate in the bedrooms, ceramic sanitaryware, and a kitchen island in the layouts that carry one. The master wardrobes are fitted with a built-in safe, a trouser rack and an accessories organiser.

Our view is that the podium home is the one to ask about first. A private garden, on the amenity level, in the largest home of its type in the building. It is the reason to start with a floor plan here rather than a price.
The Beach House sits in the heart of Fahid Island. Coral Drive, the promenade and the Berm Park are all walkable, and the beach is next door.
The homes available now are the family sizes, from AED 4,100,000 for a two bedroom. The versions with a maid's room start at AED 4,800,000, and the podium versions carry a garden.

About ALDAR
Aldar is a government developer and one of the largest in the UAE. It built Yas Island and Saadiyat Island, the two islands either side of Fahid, and it runs concept, design, sales, delivery and management itself.
