About This Project
Fahid Beach Terraces sits on one of the waterfront positions of Fahid Island, Aldar's island between Saadiyat and Yas. Six towers and 501 homes, drawn by Koichi Takada, and the homes available now are the two bedroom, as an apartment and as a duplex, and the three bedroom.

The scheme runs one to four bedroom apartments with maid's rooms and five bedroom penthouses at the top. Podium homes carry terraces, and they are the largest in the building. Every three bedroom available now is a podium home. That is not a marketing tier. It is what the project is called, and it is the decision to make here before you look at anything else.
Your view has a grade
Aldar sorts the homes by what they face: semi-water, water and garden, Coral Drive. Six towers stand on three podiums with varied floor plates and generous separation between them, so the grade is the difference you feel from the sofa.
The Clubhouse
Lifted above the shoreline and wrapped in water views. A gymnasium looking at the water, a workout studio and an assessment area. A spa with salt relaxation, cold plunge pools, sauna and steam rooms, and private and couple treatment rooms for massage, sound therapy and lymphatic drainage. Then a cinema, a kids' room, a tween room, a grab and go bar, and private dining with a social kitchen.
The wellness programme
A wellness concierge arranges the rest: nutrition consultations, mental wellness workshops, mindfulness coaching and sleep therapy, massage and physiotherapy, personal training, body composition assessments, family fitness sessions and kids' movement classes. Community clubs run for running, beach volleyball, padel and cycling, and supper clubs run in the dining room.
Outside, infinity pools, landscaped podium gardens, a padel court and a volleyball court, with a concierge and valet around the clock and direct access to the beach. Inside, kitchens with built-in appliances, a pull-out faucet and a magic corner, master wardrobes with sensor lighting and a built-in safe, rain showers, and power outlets inside the drawers. This is how we read Fahid Beach Terraces for our own clients — including who should walk away.
Our view is that the podium home is the whole conversation here. Every three bedroom available sits on the podium with a terrace, and the podium two bedroom is about a thousand square feet larger than the one above it. Start with the floor, not the price.
You are buying a programme, not just a building
An assessment area, sleep therapy, mental wellness workshops and four community sports clubs, coordinated by a wellness concierge. It is the reason the building carries the word wellness rather than borrowing it.
Six towers, not one wall
Varied floor plates and generous separation between the towers. The silhouette breathes, and so do the homes between them. The available duplex starts at AED 6,566,700.
