A grey stone island with a full-height stone backsplash, wood-look laminate joinery, an undermount sink and smoky tinted glass shelves lit by integrated LED. Penthouse kitchens use grey marble in smooth and fluted finishes side by side.
Primary bathrooms
Large-format grey veined stone slabs on the shower walls and a stone shower floor. A fluted porcelain accent wall, a ceiling-mounted rain shower with a hand shower, and his and hers pull-out storage in brushed champagne.
Powder rooms
A stone-look porcelain feature wall, a grey marble countertop and a smoky blue tinted glass vessel sink. The WC sits behind a wood-look tiled wall.
Wardrobes
Wood-look and leather-look laminate shutters with soft-close hinges and slim brushed champagne handles. A full-length mirror on the front, with side shelving in grey tinted mirror and glass.
Metalwork & ceilings
Brushed champagne on every faucet, pull handle, flush plate, hinge, skirting and towel holder. Ceilings are painted gypsum in RAL 9003, the same white in every room.
About This Project
The Meriva Collection is Ellington’s beachfront enclave on Dubai Islands. Five residential buildings sit on Island B, wrapped around waterways that run down to a private beach. A sixth building, Meriva Signature, holds 11 penthouses on the sand.

The whole site is pedestrianised, with cars parked underground. Waterways connect every building, garden and amenity along a path to the beach. Ellington's architecture team shaped the buildings in curves, with layered terraces and cantilevers that step down toward the water.

An Ellington Hotel and a private beach sit on site, with a jazz club that has a grand piano and a library. The fitness pavilion holds yoga and Pilates studios, saunas, steam rooms and treatment rooms.

Meriva Signature

Dubai Islands sits off Deira, north of the creek. The five islands cover 17 sq km, with more than 20 km of beaches, over 60 km of waterfront and more than 80 hotels planned.
