The building
Each tower rises from the ground floor through three podium levels and 26 residential floors to the roof. Apartments run on floors 2 to 13 and 15 to 25, and the 14th floor holds apartments and building services. Amenity space sits on the first floor and across the podium levels.
Six passenger lifts and one service lift serve each tower. Parking is one space for a one- or two-bedroom and two for a three- or four-bedroom, and each tower has retail and F&B units at ground level.
Ellington specifies a floor-to-ceiling height of 3,600 mm on every residential floor.
