The mix

The building
Each tower rises from a basement through ground, 21 residential levels and a roof, and all three share one podium. Total built-up area is 79,903 sq m, and 14 boutique retail units sit at ground level.
Living areas have 3.2 metre ceilings. Corner glazing runs through the apartment types and opens each home to two aspects.
The earlier release carries a registered completion date of 30 June 2029, and Beyond guides Q3 2029 for handover. Each buyer's date is the one written into their SPA.

The towers step down toward the beach so the buildings behind keep their view. The design language is Japanese, with terraced volumes and corner glazing that opens two aspects in each home.
Retail at ground level
Fourteen boutique retail units sit on the ground floor, under the shared podium and its landscaped decks.
The amenities are a gym, a wellness spa and yoga studio, an indoor kids' club and an outdoor kids' area, a chef's kitchen, a cigar lounge, a multipurpose hall, a pool deck with cabanas, a terrace garden and a zen lounge. The drop-off has a sculptural canopy, bronze tones, vertical fins and a water feature at its centre.

Island B sits on the water on three sides. The beach is a short walk from the towers, and the marina network runs past the front of the building.
