Finishes in the homes
Floors are Ancona Smoke porcelain, and kitchen counters are Ethereal Haze engineered stone. Kitchen cabinets are finished in Satin melamine with tinted, tempered glass fronts. Wardrobes are in Merino laminate, and walls and ceilings carry a limestone-tone paint with a linen-texture wallpaper.
Finishes in the shared spaces
The lobby and shared spaces use Arabescato Orobico Rosso marble counters and Vien White Wood flooring and cladding. Corridors are laid in the same Ancona Smoke porcelain as the homes. Oak veneer, lacquered paint and bronze and stainless-steel metalwork complete the palette, and the gym has an earthenware-tone vinyl floor.

The podium deck carries the main pool and sun deck, a children's pool and splash pads. Around them sit a barbecue area, an outdoor gaming area and an outdoor play area for children.
