The three bedroom opens a dining room and a living room onto a terrace that runs the width of the house, behind a grand entrance foyer. The kitchen closes off if you want it closed. Upstairs, every bedroom has its own bathroom. The four bedroom is wider through the living room, longer across the terrace and bigger in the kitchen, and its fourth bedroom sits on the ground floor with its own bathroom — a guest room, or a room for a parent who should not be climbing stairs.
