Hudayriyat Island — What You Can Buy, and What Each Plan Asks

Modon built the island's sport and leisure first: the surf lake, the velodrome, the high performance centre, the beaches and the cycling network are open and in use.

The homes are the part still arriving. This page sets out both communities on sale, the prices, and what each payment plan asks.

The island, and what stands on it

Hudayriyat Island sits off Abu Dhabi's coast, reached from the mainland. Modon Properties, owned by ADQ, is the master developer, and it built the island's sport and leisure before it sold the homes. Surf Abu Dhabi, the Velodrome and the High Performance Centre are open, with a cycling and running network and open beaches.
