Masaar 3 has townhouses, villas and two Signature tiers. Every home comes with smart home technology, covered parking, a garden, a maid's room with its own bathroom, a laundry room and a guest bathroom. Arada also fits the cooking range and hood, the washing machine and the dryer.
The full range
Townhouses run from two to four bedrooms, starting at 2,342 sq ft. Each has a garden, balconies, covered parking, a laundry, a guest bathroom, a maid's room with bathroom and a master with a dressing area. Corner and end types add an under-stairs storage room, and the four-bedroom adds a lobby and an ensuite master with a dressing room.
The four-bedroom villa has 3,765 sq ft across ground, first and roof floors, and adds an office. Five-bedroom villas start at 5,142 sq ft.
Signature Villas, in four and five bedrooms, add a private swimming pool, a majlis and a separate family room. The five-bedroom Forest Signature Villa tops the range at 6,736 sq ft over three floors.
